Bright Blue CCS (Prepared Water Disinfection System)
The Bright Blue CCS is Wassertec’s flagship ozone system, designed specifically for high-level prepared water disinfection in the bottled water industry. Developed to meet strict Coca-Cola specifications, it delivers precise ozone dosing with a controlled contact time of approximately four minutes, ensuring a residual ozone level of around 0.5 ppm after bottling and achieving a 5-log microbiological reduction. This fully automated system features advanced PLC control, touchscreen interfaces, remote connectivity, and climate-controlled enclosures for reliability in demanding environments. Built to international standards, it is engineered for long-term operation, ease of maintenance, and consistent, high-performance disinfection.
Bright Blue 20G (Bottle Rinsing & Package Disinfection)
The Bright Blue 20G system is purpose-built for bottle rinsing and packaging disinfection, supplying ozone-infused water directly to rinsing systems in bottling plants. Widely used across dairy, juice, wine, and water facilities throughout Africa, it ensures effective sanitation of containers prior to filling. The system incorporates precise ozone measurement and control using PID technology, enabling accurate and stable ozone levels. With features such as remote operation, Ethernet connectivity, and continuous refinement since its introduction, the Bright Blue 20G remains a reliable and efficient solution for hygienic packaging processes.
Indigo (Compact Ozone Generator)
The Indigo ozone generator is a self-contained, high-performance unit capable of producing up to 20 grams of ozone per hour at the push of a button. Designed for flexibility and ease of use, it includes a built-in oxygen concentrator and can be paired with an optional oil-less compressor to achieve high ozone concentrations. Its compact, integrated design makes it suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications where a dependable, standalone ozone source is required.
Azure (Domestic & Light Commercial Ozone System)
The Azure system is tailored for continuous operation in domestic and light commercial environments, offering a low-maintenance ozone solution for water and air treatment. Available in multiple configurations with one, two, or four ozone modules, it provides scalable performance depending on the application. Its design emphasizes simplicity, durability, and efficiency, making it ideal for users who require reliable ozone generation without the complexity of large industrial systems.
UVO (Ultraviolet Ozone Generator for Air Treatment)
The UVO system combines ultraviolet technology with ozone generation to provide an effective solution for air purification. It is designed to eliminate odours and sanitise indoor environments safely and efficiently. Simple to operate and versatile in application, the UVO is suitable for a variety of spaces where improved air quality and microbial control are required.
Venturi Injectors (Ozone & Chemical Dosing Equipment)
Wassertec’s venturi injectors are engineered to efficiently introduce gases or liquids—such as ozone—into water streams. Using pressure differentials, they provide a reliable and energy-efficient method for dosing ozone, aerating water, or injecting chemicals in water treatment processes. These components are essential for ensuring proper mixing and transfer of ozone into water, enhancing overall system effectiveness in industrial and agricultural applications.
Oxygen Concentrators (OX5 Oxygen Generator)
To support optimal ozone production, Wassertec developed its own oxygen concentrator, the OX5. This unit generates up to 5 litres per minute of oxygen at over 93% purity from a compressed air supply, providing a consistent and efficient oxygen source for ozone systems. Designed to be simple, reliable, and fully serviceable, it plays a critical role in improving ozone generation efficiency while reducing operational costs and maintenance complexity.
