OX5 Oxygen Concentrator

In 2005, we embarked on a project to design an oxygen generator to complement our existing ozone technology. This need arose because oxygen is essential for the production of ozone. After two years of extensive design and development work, we successfully created the OX5 oxygen generator. This advanced device is capable of producing up to 5 liters of oxygen per minute with a purity level exceeding 93%, all from a compressed air supply. It is designed to be simple, reliable, and, most importantly, easy to service.

Constructed entirely from precision CNC-machined aluminum, the OX5 oxygen concentrator employs a specially engineered ceramic rotary valve. This valve alternates the flow of air between a pair of cylinders that are packed with a ‘Molecular Sieve.’ This sieve plays a crucial role in separating oxygen from other gases in the air. The quality of the molecular sieve is vital for the system’s overall performance and reliability. To ensure top-notch quality, we exclusively use the premium ‘Nitroxy 5’ sieve, which is meticulously imported from France.
